Beverly Hills, CA - February 26, 2010- Celebrity landscaper to the stars, Jon Goldstein, founder of Jonny Appleseed Landscaping, Inc., will be featured in the March premier issue of, Garden Design Magazine-"Hollywood" edition. The feature will showcase exclusive photos of Jon's eco-friendly landscapes from two of his high profile clients, actors Kyle MacLachlan (Desperate Housewives) and Bryan Cranston (Breaking Bad). Jon's proactive recycling and repurposing trademark methods are the caveat to his garden sanctuaries. Location shoots at celebrity homes can be arraigned to showcase Jon's sustainable achievements.

Garden Design Magazine will present Jon's eco-friendly concepts for all to embrace. Jon humbly shares, his drought tolerant California native plant selections, water wise timers, and alternative garden concepts to help homeowners increase their property value and embrace sustainable living. His eco-friendly landscape nitch coupled with ingenuity of design without compromising style are the secrets to his "Green" success.

The Hotel Bel-Air, Beverly Hills Hotel, and the Dorchester Group resourced Jon's eco-friendly conservation methods for their historic hotel gardens. Currently, Jon is preserving 9, 80-year-old Oak Trees for The Hotel Bel-Air and planting 64 large oaks to assure that the Stone Canyon landmark remains native and green. The remodeled Hotel Bel-Air will include a state of the art water recycling system that will reuse previously wasted water to maintain the lush gardens and Swan Lake. The new water system circulates treated and filtered graywater from sinks, showers and rain runoff throughout the facility back to the gardens. A new irrigation system featuring smart timers and a state of art weather sensing irrigation system, controlled by satellites, will reduce water waste from 45% to 25% and maintain the water table benefiting the City of Los Angeles. The Jon's inspired new water-wise conservation system is economic and ecologically efficient.

Jon with his company Jonny Appleseed Landscaping, Inc., has cultivated gardens for the rich and famous for over twenty 28 years.
