I am disappointed in the level of customer service Amazon.com shows it not only loyal customer but also a very amazing Amazon Associates I ordered my laptop on tuesday because I trusted Amazon.com as they stated on the website that it was in stock and going to de delivered next day. It wasn’t ,when I called their office yesterday (thursday) they informed me it was out to stock (lie) another rep told me there is no sat delivery anywhere (lie) then a manager tells me my cc was declined when it obviously wasn’t (another lie) Usually I don’t go this far in my “customer complaints” but what a let down. My laptop of still at your facility. Now I cant work while on vacation. loyal client since 97. UPDATE: As of today, my item still has not shipped.
