Very few books captivate me this one did. I was really able to identify with what Tony Hsieh was saying. It was reassurance that my biggest asset is your pipeline, and customer and employee happiness is everything. It showed me that all of my goals compared to other peoples, share one thing in common, these goals are set for the ultimate purpose of happiness.
